Lamb Development Corp. has eight projects in development or on the drawing board. Theatre Park, The Riverside Towns, the King Charlotte, and George Richnond in Toronto, and The Gotham in Ottawa. In addition to these, are two yet unnamed developments in Toronto and Ottawa. Out of country developments include the five-hundred acre resort at El Cabo Rojo on the south-west coast of the Dominican Republic and the Zen Villas in Roatan, Honduras.
